Organic Market

Hola again! So today my spirits were lifted a little, first we are on the mend..I still have a bit of a fever and feel pretty drained but I pray this is the tail end of all the sickness! Second we got to get out of the house and head down to the local Organic Farmers Market... Its put on by a lady from here who sailed to costa rica 32 years ago with her five children and husband from Oregon...We were shocked when we heard her story. Her name is Honey and her husbands name is Heart..Totally Ex Ashlander's! Anyway the market was GREAT so much fresh fruit and vegetables, we were in heaven. Also the amount of english speaking, earthy, beautiful people there was so fun!
Now that we found this beautiful Market we are leaving...Yep we are packing our bags and headed south down to Jaco where we will be staying at a couples house for a few days.  Jaco is about 1 hour from our planned destination San Isidro Del General.  We hope to do the following in the next week:
          ~buy a car
          ~find a house to rent
          ~have some good fellowship
          ~wash our stinky clothes ;)
~and celebrate Tobias's 9th birthday with at least a few friends
So we could use some prayer thats a lot to do in a week but we are hoping for the best! By the way washing your clothes is a harder task then you would think...they do not have laundry mats down here, you can take your stuff to a lavanderia, but that means they wash and hang dry your clothes for you...great idea, but Im not such a big fan of that...Thankfully with the house we are in we have had a lady come twice and wash and hang our clothes for us, but we go through clothes like crazy because it so humid here. Everything gets stinky and moist not to mention drenched from the ocean and dirty from the  sand. I am dreaming of having my own place to call home again, to wash my own dishes and clean my own dirty clothes....Soon enough I suppose! :)

Our fruits and veggies from todays Market...Including raw honey, peanut butter and some organic coffee, that happens to be our second bags its so delish!

~Adios from Mal Pais Costa Rica
