Welcome to the farm

Hi friends and Family! We decided to do a little video blog of the farm and the house.  Now we have only been living on this farm for two weeks and feel like we are barley scratching the surface of the potential and beauty of this place, but this is just a small picture of what we have in our hands right now!
At the farm we tend to go to bed between 7:30 and 8:30pm and rise around 5;30 every morning.  I usually wash the laundry the night before and hang the clothes by 5:45am to get the longest drying time possible.  It's such a different pace out here, the sun sets every day at 5:00 and it usually rains for a big chunk of the day.  We aren't sure what the elevation is here but its pretty high and the evenings are chilly.  I'd love to have a wood burning stove for the chilly evening and to dry the dampness of this house just a bit. All in all this is just about the perfect weather! Chilly nights and mornings and beautifully warm days.... We are feeling so very blessed!!
Check out the video below for a little view into our world right now!

We are also falling in love with this community and the people that live here. They are so kind and very helpful, despite the language barrier. We have made so many simple but essential connections since we have been here.  We have a very sweet church we have plugged into, it's a mix of Ticos and American bible collage students.  The teaching is in spanish but there is a translator for all us Gringos. We are getting our barring's and are settling in quite nicely to this new way of life!
We still could use so much prayer for wisdom on a few decisions we need to make in the next few weeks. Mostly on staring a business and the possible purchase of this land. We know God has a plan and we just want to walk in that perfect plan for us! :)

Much love to you all!

Praying in this neck of the woods! He does have a plan seek His word He will direct you, and as Pastor Chuck would say just don't give Him directions, He doesn't need them.
Praying for a blanket of Love and Peace on your new home.

Love you all,
Ma

Hi Guys!! was great to see where y'all are dwelling right now! Wow, what an adventure God has your sweet family on! It's exciting to watch, and see how it is all going down for you. We love you immensely and are continuing to pray for wisdom, favor, and very intricately laid out directions from His heart to yours. I know you know this, but just remain close to Him, allowing Him to speak to you in the stillness of seeking Him through His word and His precious small voice. Loving all of you! Praying!
